Answer: To delete spam mails follow the following steps:
* Open Gmail window.
* Click on Spam folder icon.
* Select the check boxes next to the mails and click on the delete forever button. All the selected mails will be deleted.

13. How will you create a filter against spam mails?
Answer: To create a filter against spam mails follow the following steps:
* Click on the drop-down arrow on the right edge of the search box.
* Enter your search criteria, e.g., virus, phishing, marketing etc.
* Click on the create filter button.
* In the next window select the delete it check box.
* Click on the create filter button again... a filter will be created as per your criteria.
