3. What is Header text? Why it is given in a document?
Answer: Header is text which is printed in the top margin of each page of a document.
Headers are normally used to print page numbers, running titles, date, time etc.

4. What is footer text? Why it is given in a document?
Answer: A Footer text is a text or graphics that is printed at the bottom margin of each page of a document. It is used to give page numbers, telephone numbers, email id, section number, chapter name etc.

5. Write steps to change line spacing in a document.
Answer: 
1. Right click the first paragraph and choose paragraph option from the shortcut menu.
2. Choose single, double or multiple from the line spacing drop down menu.

6. Write steps required to edit Header text.

Answer: To remove header text- choose header, drop down list will display then click on Remove header.

10. Write steps to remove Footer text.

1. Select the insert tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the footer button in the header & footer group.
3. Select remove footer from the pop up menu.
