2. What is Word Wrap? What is the use of Undo and Redo features of MS word? 
Answer: Word Wrap is a feature in word processors, text editors, and other software applications that automatically moves text to the next line when it reaches the end of a line or margin.
The Undo feature of MS word allows you to undo the last action and the Redo feature, reverses the action performed by the undo.

3.What do you mean by alignment? What are the different alignments that can be applied on a paragraph?
Answer: Text alignment refers to the positioning of text with respect to the left and right margins of the page. In MS word by default text is left aligned.
* Align left: When you click on this button, the selected text is aligned to the left with the margin or left paragraph indent.
* Align right: When you click on this button, the selected text is aligned to the right with the right margin or right indent.
* Center: When you click on this button, the selected text is aligned to the Centre with the left and right margin or paragraph indent.
* Justify: When you click on this button, the selected text is justified or aligned to the left and right with left and right margins.

4. What are indents? How are indents different from margins?
Answer: Indenting paragraph allows it to set off from the text. Indents control the horizontal positon of text in lines and paragraphs. Paragraph indents are different from left and right margins. 
Margin determine the overall width of the main text area and the space between the main text area and the edges of all the pages in the document. Thus, when you set margins, they remain same in all the pages of a document.


5. What is the use of Bullets and Numbering?
Answer: Bullets in Word are used to highlight items in a list when the order of the items doesn't matter. Bullets can helps organize information and make it easier for the reader to understand.
Numbering are visual aids that can help you organize your information, emphasize your main ideas, and make your document more scan able and digestible.

6. What is the difference between AutoCorrect and AutoText?
Answer:
AutoText: Creates reusable text snippets that can be inserted into documents. AutoText can be used for a single word or an entire formatted section of text.
AutoCorrect: Automatically corrects spelling and other typing errors. Autocorrect can replace a few characters with up to 255 characters of full text.

4. What are the different components of MS Word application window?
Answer: Microsoft word has many components including:

5. What does paragraph spacing mean? How is it different from line spacing? 
Answer: Paragraph spacing refers to the amount of space above or below a paragraph in a written document. It is important for readability and visual appeal because it helps separate ideas and make the text easier to follow.
In a word processing program you can increase or decrease the amount of space before and after a paragraph in the spacing section.
Line Spacing: The amount of vertical space between lines of text in a paragraph. Line spacing is important for readability, as lines that are too close together are hard to read and lines that are too  far apart make the text look long and sparse.
