D. Short answer questions:
1. What is spreadsheet relative and absolute cell address in Calc?
Answer: In a spreadsheet, relative cell addresses change when copied or moved, while absolute cell addresses remain constant:
Relative cell addresses: These change based on the position of the cell where the formula is applied. For example, if you copy the formula=A1+B1 down, it will change to A2+B2. Relative cell addresses are useful for repetitive calculations across different rows or columns.
Absolute cell addresses: These remain fixed even when copied to other cells. For example, if you copy the formula=$A$1+$B$1, it will remain the same regardless of where it is copied.

2. Write steps for addition and subtraction operations in Calc.
Answer: Formulas must begin with an = equal sign. For example to add the values in cells A2:10, you can use the formula=SUM(A2:A10).
Steps for addition and subtraction operations:
* You can use the function wizard.
* If your formula starts with a+ or -, Calc automatically adds the =symbol.
* If you enter a positive or negative number, Calc does not add an =.
* You can change the default font for formulas by going to format>fonts on the menu bar.

3. Write steps to create new spreadsheet in Calc.
Answer: To create a  new spreadsheet in LibreOffice Calc, you do the following:
1. Click file
2. Click new
3. Click spreadsheet.
You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N to create a new spreadsheet.

4. What is cell in Calc?
Answer: Cell is a specific location in a spreadsheet where data is stored. To make a spreadsheet easier to modify, you can add comments to cells and use labels and headings. You can also use the zoom function to show more or fewer cells in the window.

5. What is Active Cell in Calc?
Answer: The active cell in LibreOffice Calc is the cell in a spreadsheet that is currently selected for data entry. You can change the active cell by clicking on a cell with the left mouse button or using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
You can do the following with the active cell:
* Enter or modify data
* Perform calculations
* Apply formatting
* Define a data type

6. What is Pivot table?
Answer: A pivot table is a tool that summarizes and analyzes data in  a spreadsheet or database table. It allow users to quickly analyze large amounts of data, and answer questions about it.
You can do the following with pivot table:
* Summarize data
* Create custom calculations
* Filter and sort
* Pivot data
* Drill down
* Make decisions

7. What are type of charts in Calc?
Answer: Calc includes different charts: Column charts, Bar charts, Pie charts, Area charts, Line charts, Scatter or XY charts, Bubble charts, and Net charts. The default chart type is a bar diagram with vertical bars. To create a different type of chart, you can apply a different diagram type to the initial chart.

8. Name and explain 5 math's formulas.
Answer: Five math's formulas in Calc:
* SUM: Adds up a range of numbers.
* AVERAGE: Calculate the average of a range of numbers.
* COUNT: Counts the number of cells that contain numbers in a range.
* Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division: These operators identify a characteristic of the number found in the cell.
* Negation and percent: these operators identify a characteristic of the number found in the cell.

9. Explain the steps to find mean of 10 numbers in Calc.
Answer: Enter your 10 numbers in a single column (for example, from cell A1 to A10). Click on an empty cell where you want to display the mean. Type the formula =AVERAGE(A1:A10) into the selected cell and press Enter. This formula calculates the mean of the numbers in cells A1 through A10.
