b. e-reservation: E-reservation essentially means making a reservation or appointment for a service via the internet. e-reservations include airline reservations, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, train reservations, theatre seat reservations and even a doctor's appointment.

WANs are slightly slower, but that may not be perceived by your users.
