Answer: Stress can be define as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. It is the body's response to anything that requires attention or action, such as worry and pressure. Stress is one of the main reason for low productivity in all stages of life.

Answer: Some activities that can help in managing stress are:
1. Physical Exercise: While exercise increases our overall health and sense of well being, it is known to have a direct benefit on reducing stress. Physical activity increases the production of endorphins-"the feel good".
2. Yoga: Yoga combines many stress reducing techniques that include exercise, learning to control the breath, clearing the mind and relaxing the body.
3. Mediation: Meditation is an ancient practice that is believed to have originated in India several thousand years ago. It is known to be a simple way to reduce stress and bring inner calm.
4. Vacations with friends and family: We need time to take a break from regular routine. Taking time off from the stress of daily life can improve our health, level of motivation and perspective to life.

Answer: Nature can help in stress management. Spending time in nature, such as taking a walk in a national park, countryside or a trail calms the body and mind, and helps in relaxing. Being in nature not only makes one feel better emotionally, but also contributes to physical well being by reducing blood pressure, heart rate and muscle tension.

Answer: Self-motivation is the ability to drive one self to take initiative and the necessary action in order to complete the tasks. It enables an individual to continue to work towards achieving his or her goals despite setbacks. The student who only completes his homework because his parents keep reminding him or scold him if he doesn't, is not self motivated.
