1. What is a Query?
Answer: A Query is a method of getting answers to questions about the data. The query involve a single table or multiple tables to answers a questions about the data.
A query is used to retrieve selective data based on specific criteria.
2. What are forms and Reports.
Answer:
Forms: Forms provide an easy way to enter, edit, delete and view data in a table. Forms are made up of elements such as text boxes and lables. These elements are called controls. It allows we to add and update data in a table, one record at a time.
Report: Reports are an effective way to present your data in printed format. We can customize the appearance of tabular data on a report. Thus we can display the information the way we want to see it.
3. What is the use of the Print Preview and Design view of a report?

Print Preview: This view displays the report as it will apear after printing.
Design View: This view displays only the structure of our report. In this view, we cannot see the underlying data, but we can perform some tasks that we cannot perform in Layout View.
4. Write the steps to print a report.

Step 3: Select the appropriate values for page size, margins and orientation from the Ribbon.
Step 4: Clic on the Print option to print the report.
5. What is the use of the layout view and Design view of a form?
Answer:
Layout View: You can view the data and make changes in the form, such as changing the size of the various controls.
Design View: Design view displays only the structure of your form. In this view, you cannot see the underlying data, but you can perform some tasks that cannot be performed in layout view such as viewing header and footer.
