1. Header: The text that is printed at the top of each page of the document is called header.
2. Creating Merge Fields: For adding recipient information to the letter, click at the location in the document. Then click on address block in the mail merge task pane. The insert address block dialog box appears. Select the required options then click OK.
3. Footer: The text printed at the bottom of the page in a document is called footer.
