1. What is Clip Art? Why do you add images to a slide?
Answer: ClipArt is a collection of pictures available in Microsoft office.
2. How do you play music or a video clip in a slide?
Answer: Select the slide to which the music has to be added then select insert-Movies and sounds option -Play CD audio track option.
Enter start and end track time, this option is going to decide for how long the track is going to play.
3. How do you add animation and word art to your slide?
Answer: Select slide and click on animation menu, select any animation that you want to insert.
To insert WordArt click on Insert menu, Click on WordArt from text group, Select any WordArt that you want to insert.
4. What is slide transition? How do you provide transition to your slides?
Answer: Transition is a special effect used to introduce a slide during a slide show.
To insert transition, select slide on which you want to apply transition. Select slide transition option from the slide show menu.
5. Why do you rehearse timings of a presentation?
Answer: Just like rehearsing for a play in a school requires time management before making the final presentation on stage, a slide show is rehearsed for setting the timings of appearances to be made by each slide before it final presentation.
6. What is the difference between a transition and an animation effect?
Answer: Animation: The special effects that can be added to the objects on slides to see them in motion.
Transition: Special visual effects which are used to introduce slide during the slide show in effective manners.
