5. How would you sort files and folders in Windows 7?
Answer: There are two steps to sort files and folders:
Step 1: Open any folder that contains files and folders in Windows Explorer.
Step 2: Right click on a blank area and select Sort By from shortcut menu. A submenu appears. Select any one of the options e.g. Name, Date modified, Type and Size from the submenu. And also select the Ascending or descending order for how you want the window to arrange the files and folders.
